Miniature Schnauzers: These dogs are intelligent, affectionate and energetic. These dogs don’t seem to realize how small they really are. These dogs are easy learners so they don’t mind being left home alone. These dogs just need something to keep them busy whether it’s a toy or assuming their job is one of a guard dog. If you have allergies, this would be another good choice as a breed to get because just like the Labradoodle, these dogs do not shed much. One drawback is if these dogs believe they are supposed to fill the guard dog role, you will have to listen to a lot of barking once these dogs get comfortable with that role.
